Project tour itinerary

Our Site Tours are held every Saturday with the following itinerary:

- 8:30 AM: Pick-up at WeSale Realty & Coffee Sales Office – 15 Van Hien Street, Splendora, Mailand Hanoi City, Bac An Khanh, Hanoi.

- 10:00 AM: Check-in at Lynn Times Onsen Thanh Thuy – Tour the project's Shoptel, Villa, and Thera Home properties.

- 11:30 AM: Lunch & Rest.

- 2:00 PM: Enjoy the Onsen hot spring experience at Ohayo Onsen & Spa.

- 4:00 PM: Check-out & Board the bus back to Hanoi.

- 5:30 PM: Tour concludes.

- Round-trip transportation (Pick-up and drop-off).

- A professional and safety-trained team of guides.

- A professional media team providing complimentary photography and videography.

Services not included

- Personal expenses for out-of-itinerary food, beverages, and transportation are not included.

- This program is exclusively designed for customers interested in real estate investment opportunities with the developer, Fuji Onsen.

Tour terms

- Identification: Please bring valid ID (Identity Card, Citizen ID, or Passport) for hotel check-ins or attraction entry (if required).

- Minors: Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or an authorized guardian. The guardian must present a locally certified letter of authorization from the parents.

- Tour Information: Upon registration, please carefully read the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation policies. If you are booked through a third party, kindly ensure you obtain all detailed information from the person who registered on your behalf.

- Seniors (Ages 70 - 74): Guests aged 70 to under 75 are required to sign a health commitment form with the Company.

- Seniors (Ages 75+): Guests aged 75 and above must provide a doctor's certificate of fitness to travel, sign a health commitment form with the Company, and be accompanied by a healthy relative under the age of 60.
