Morning Site Tour:

9:00 AM: Check-in at WeSale Realty & Coffee - Shop 14-15, Van Hien Street, Splendora - Mailand Hanoi City Urban Area (Bac An Khanh), Hanoi.

9:15 AM: Morning coffee and a briefing on the overview of the upcoming new project subdivisions (Estiva City & Four Seasons) by Keppel Land & Phu Long in Mailand Hanoi City.

10:00 AM: ON-SITE inspection of the master project and the new subdivisions.

11:00 AM: End of the site tour.

Afternoon Site Tour:

2:30 PM: Check-in at WeSale Realty & Coffee - Shop 14-15, Van Hien Street, Splendora - Mailand Hanoi City Urban Area (Bac An Khanh), Hanoi.

2:45 PM: Afternoon tea and a briefing on the overview of the upcoming new project subdivisions (Estiva City & Four Seasons) by Keppel Land & Phu Long in Mailand Hanoi City.

3:30 PM: ON-SITE inspection of the master project and the new subdivisions.

4:30 PM: End of the site tour.

- The experience tour does not include any out-of-pocket/personal dining and transportation expenses incurred by customers.

- The program applies to all Customers & Investors who are interested in exploring and investing in Real Estate at the upcoming project by the Keppel Land - Phu Long Joint Venture.

Tour terms

Guests are required to bring personal identification (Citizen ID or equivalent ID documents) for check-in purposes at hotels or tourist attractions (if necessary).

- Children under 18 must be accompanied by their parents, or their authorized guardian must have a letter of authorization from the parents.

- When registering for the site tour, Customers & Investors are requested to carefully read the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation policies.

- In the event that you do not register for the tour in person but have someone else register on your behalf, please ensure you thoroughly understand the program details from the person who registered for you.
